You can become a Simpa Internet customer by buying a Simpa Internet package (includes a data device and data SIM card) or, if you already own a data device such as a USB stick or PC card, by buying the Simpa Internet start package, which includes a data SIM card only.

Become a Simpa Internet customer
You can buy Simpa Internet packages in our T-Centars and in authorized T-Mobile partner stores.
Simpa Internet is activated easily: insert the SIM card into the data device, turn it on, enter the PIN and connect to the Internet.
Important notice: Simpa Internet does not provide voice services. SIM card with activated voice services is required for making calls.
SMS services
You can use your data device to send and receive text messages directly from your computer. The standard message length is 160 alphanumeric characters and SMS inbox capacity is limited, so we recommend deleting the read and sent messages. Apart from messaging you can also use other SMS services.
How to check the balance and expiration date of your Simpa Internet account
- By sending an SMS without text directly from the data device interface to the number 0330
- Via the Moj T-Mobile portal (in Croatian only)
- By entering the USSD code *100# *
- By calling customer service at 098 1520 from any number that supports voice services. The call is free of charge for T-Mobile customers; all you need is your PUK1 and the data SIM number
* The data device does not support USSD. Insert your data SIM card in another mobile phone to top up or check your account.
Top-up your Simpa Internet accounts using vouchers
You can top up your Simpa Internet account at any time by buying a Simpa voucher or a Simpa e-voucher of various amounts and validity periods:

After the e-voucher expires, you have another 270 days to top up your Simpa Internet and use this service again. Within 270 days after the expiration of your Simpa Internet account you can only receive SMS messages. If you have any difficulties or questions, please call the Simpa customer service at 098 1520.
How to top up your Simpa Internet account
- By sending a free SMS message with a 14-digit code to the 0220 number from the computer equipped with the wireless Internet device
- Via the Moj T-Mobile portal - through direct access from your computer choose the Simpa top-up voucher option and enter the 14-digit code from the Simpa voucher (in Croatian only)
- By calling customer service at 1520 - from a number that supports the voice service. The call is free of charge for T-Mobile customers; all you need is your PUK1 and the data SIM number
- By entering the USSD* code *123*14-digit voucher code#
- Simpa automatic top-up – business customers can top up one or more Simpa accounts or Simpa Internet accounts (setting top-up amount and frequency for each Simpa number individually) automatically in advance
- In the T-Mobile Web Shop, by making a direct credit card payment to your Simpa Internet account (in Croatian only)
- Via SMS kupovina and SMSbon - buy a Simpa voucher and automatically top up the wanted Simpa Internet account

Activate the option
- By sending an SMS message A to
3636.
Upon sending of the message, you will receive a return message with
a list of paid options which may be activated, along with the
respective ordinal number. Send the selected ordinal number by SMS
to the number 3636, after which you will receive a message
instructing you to confirm the activation by sending an SMS message
DA. If activation is successful, you will receive
confirmation by SMS.

Manage your options
- If you activate several Simpa Internet 1h options at the
same time, their times will be added-up. For example, if you
activate 3 Simpa Internet 1h options, you will be given
unlimited surfing for a period of 180 minutes. You will receive
notification on expiration of Simpa Internet 1h by SMS: the
first message will arrive 10 minutes prior to expiration, the
second one at expiration.
- You cannot activate several Simpa Internet 24h options at
the same time, but you may activate a new one upon expiration of
the previous one. After having used up 250 MB, you will be
notified accordingly by SMS.
- Upon expiration, the option will not be renewed
automatically, but you will have to activate it again.
- If you activate both options, the Simpa Internet 1h option
will be used until expiration, after which the 250 MB data
package from the Simpa Internet 24h option will be used.
How many MB are left?
If you have activated the Simpa Internet 24 h option, you
may check how many MB you have left by sending the SMS message
STANJE to 0330. You will receive an SMS message: "U
opciji Simpa Internet 24h iskoristeno je 120 od ukupno 250 MB
prometa. Ostatak je moguce iskoristiti do 15.2.2010." ("In the
Simpa Internet 24h Option, 120 MB of a total of 250 MB have been
used up. The rest may be used until 15.2.2010.“)
If you have used up 250 MB of traffic before expiration of
the 24 hour period from option activation, the data traffic
exceeding the limit will be charged according to standard Simpa
Internet rates. You will receive an SMS message on the data
package used: "Iskoristeni su MB unutar opcije Simpa Internet
24h. Trenutno je moguca aktivacija opcije 1h. Prijenos podataka
izvan opcija naplacuje se prema T-Mobile cjeniku.". ("The MB of
the Simpa Internet 24h Option have been used up. Right now, the
1h Option may be activated. Data transfer outside the Options
will be charged in line with the T-Mobile Price List.“)
If you have activated the Simpa Internet 1h option, there is no
limit on the data transfer quantity.
