You can get Simpa Mix at all T-Centars

You’ll get help from the sales staff and your credit or debit card: American Express, Diners Club, PBZ Maestro, MasterCard, go!card MasterCard and Visa Avenue Mall.

Swiping your credit card through will get you a Simpa Mix bundle with 12 automatic monthly top ups of your Simpa account, 100 kn for every month. So, every month the credit card will be charged with 100 kn which will automatically top up your Simpa account. Interest and processing costs are not charged for this method of payement. Besides credit card, you can also use your debit card or pay in cash.

What if 100 kn a month is not enough for me?

You can always top up your account with a Simpa voucher and the easiest way is to buy a Simpa voucher via text message. Activate the SMS kupovina service at any T-Centar and top up your account with a text message wherever you are, around the clock.

Can I expand my Simpa Mix tariff with options?

Simpa Mix users have at their disposal Simpa web'n'walk option – if you want to go online via mobile phone or if you frequently download t-zones content, activate the Simpa web'n'walk data bundle and for only 15 kn you get 10 MB data traffic. All new users will be charged only 1 kn for the first three web’n’walk bundles!

What happens after 12 months?

After 12 months, you automatically become a user of the Simpa Ekipa tariff model. If you wish to reactivate the Simpa Mix tariff, just visit the closest T-Center and swipe your credit card though again.

A unique benefit of the Simpa Mix tariff model is the selection of one Simpa ti&ja number from the T-Mobile network in Croatia which you can call for 0 kn* around the clock!
You can select the Simpa ti&ja number by calling 0981524 toll-free and following the voice instructions. Enter the selected number in the form 098XXXXXX or 099XXXXXXX. As soon as you confirm the number, the number is activated.

How to change your Simpa ti&ja number
Each time you top up your Simpa account you can change your Simpa ti&ja number free of charge. Each following change of your Simpa ti&ja number during the use of one voucher is charged 40 kn. The procedure is identical to the first selection – call 0981524 toll free and follow the voice instructions.
