How to use the Extra calling time or MB?

After you have topped up your account, you will receive an SMS informing you about the Extra calling time or MB.
You can use the Extra calling time or MB within 7 days from the day you top up your account. If you do not use them within this deadline, they will be frozen until the next time you top up your Simpa account. Every time you top up your Simpa account the duration of the Extra minutes or MB will be extended for another 7 days and the new Extra calling time or MB will be added to the unspent amounts.
Once you have spent the Extra calling time or MB, any additional calls or data traffic will be charged according to your tariff’s standard price list.

• You can buy Simpa vouchers 24-hours a day by credit card on cash machines: ZABA, PBZ, MBU (Centar, ERSTE Bank, Istarska kreditna banka Umag, Jadranska, Karlovačka, OTP banka, Partner, Podravska and Požeška banka, Banka Kovanica, Banka Sonic, Imex banka, Kreditna banka Zagreb, Slatinska, Volksbank) or Euronet (RBA, Splitska) !
• You can buy 50, 100 or 200 HRK voucher.
• On cash machines of Privredna, Zagrebačka, Splitska and Raiffeisen bank you can also buy Simpa vouchers in value of 25 HRK (voucher validity period is 10 days from its activation).
• There is no fee on Zagrebačka banka ATMs for ZABA MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Classic users of Zagrebačka banka, Diners Club card users and MasterCard, Visa Electron and Maestro Visa Electron card users of all banks.
• You can use MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Classic and Visa Electron cards of all banks on PBZ ATMs at no extra charge.

If you have a friend or family member who is subscribed to one of T-Mobile post-paid tariff models, they can buy you a Simpa voucher using the service SMSbon  (SMS voucher).

SMS kupovina (SMS shopping) enables T-Mobile Croatia users to buy Simpa vouchers via an SMS message, with previously arranged payment by Master Card, Visa Classic or American Express credit card.

Validity period

• Voucher validity period is 10 days from the day of activation for a 25 HRK voucher, 90 days for a 50 HRK voucher and 180 days for 100 and 200 HRK vouchers.
• Once your Simpa voucher has expired, for the next 270 days you will only be able to receive calls and recharge your Simpa account.
• Should you do not do this within this period, your Simpa account will be deactivated and can be sold another Simpa customer after 120 days.
• You will be informed via SMS messages regarding changes to the status of your Simpa number/account and the periods in which you can reactivate your Simpa account.

Checking the account status

If you want to check your account status and until when it will be active, choose one of the following ways on your mobile phone:

• enter *100# or
• call 0981523 and listen to the voice message.

Recharging the Simpa account

When buying a Simpa voucher you will also get a 14-digit code and information about the value of the voucher, its serial number, validity period and instructions on how to activate the voucher (depending on the type of purchase, the data is listed on the voucher, receipt or will be sent to you by SMS)

• Enter *123*14-digit_code_from_the_voucher#. After entering the code, you will receive a confirmation about recharging your Simpa account with a voucher in the value of 25, 50, 100 or 200 HRK, or
   
• Call the toll-free number 0981523, when prompted enter the 14-digit code from your new voucher and new conversations and SMS messages can begin.  Should you wish to use the service in English, press 3, 1 and 9 when propted. 

In case you cannot recharge your account yourself or if you have entered the 14-digit code incorrectly ten times in the same month, call Simpa Customer Service at 0981520. The operator will request the phone number to which you wish to recharge, the 14-digit code from the voucher, voucher serial number and its value.
