How to choose my favorite 5?

You can choose your favorite 5 while signing the agreement at one of our stores or by calling the toll free number 8888 from your mobile and following the directions – they will guide you through the options and will ask you to type in your number. You can also call customer service at 098 1550.

If you wish to change the chosen numbers, call 8888, follow the directions and when asked to do so, type in the new numbers. You can change your Faves an unlimited number of times. You can make 5 changes a month free of charge, while any further changes will be accompanied by a charge of 48.80 HRK.

All prices include VAT. The prices for calls are in kn/min, the accounting unit for all calls within Croatia is 60 s for the first minute, after that 15 s. The prices for messages are in kn/message, the accounting unit for data transfer is 10 kB. *In the event that a subscriber makes more than 250 minutes of call time within the myFaves 75 rate plan or more than 500 minutes of call time within the myFaves 200 rate plan to chosen numbers during one billing period, T-Mobile will charge the calls according to the price for calls to other numbers, depending on the network. ** 75 messages per month in myFaves 75 and 200 messages in myFaves 200
