You can change your tariff model free of charge, once in a billing period by:

• Calling the Customer Service at 098 1550 (have your PUK number, phone number and address ready).
• Visiting one of the licensed points of sale – Fill out the Application form and show your ID or passport (with residence in the Republic of Croatia)
• Visiting one of the licensed points of sale – you will need an ID or passport of an authorized person listed in the record of deposited signatures, company's registration certificate from the Trade court (or the Trade license if it is a manual trade), notice on classification of business entity according to NCB (National classification of business), BON 2 (not older than one month) and the company's/manual trade's seal.
