All persons of age, citizens of the Republic of Croatia with a residence
in Croatia can become subscribers.
Activation for foreign citizens
You can become a subscriber at any T-Centar or at one of our authorized T-Mobile partners: Diplomats
You will need to present your diplomatic passport and a temporary
residence permit or a diplomatic identification card when submitting your
application.
Foreigners with permanent residence
All you need is your Croatian personal identification card or passport
when you submit your application.
Foreigners with temporary residence
- If you have a credit card or bank account card issued in Croatia you can
become a subscriber by paying your bills via a permanent money order
with your card. As such, there is no spending limit and you can take
advantage of all special offers related to minimum contract duration and
contract prolongation.
You will also need a copy of your valid passport and visa (if it is in
your passport), your temporary residence permit or Croatian personal
identification card for foreigners with temporary residence and a copy of
your credit card when submitting your application.
You can activate a permanent money order with the following credit cards
issued in Croatia: Diners Club and American Express cards issued by
Privredna Banka Zagreb, current accounts from the following banks: Credo, Nova, Hrvatska Poštanska, Jadranska, Karlovačka, Partner,
Raiffeisenbank Austria or Splitska Banka; as well as a
gyro and/or foreign account from Partner Banka.
- If you do not have a credit card that was issued in Croatia, you will be
able to become a subscriber, but will not be able to take advantage
of special offers regarding minimum contract duration and contract
prolongation. In addition, a call limit will be placed on your account
once your visa, temporary residence and/or work permit expire.
You will need a copy of your valid passport and visa (if it is in your
passport), your temporary residence permit or Croatian personal
identification card for foreigners with temporary residence, a copy of
your credit card and your work permit when submitting your application.
All services will automatically be limited one month after the expiration
of one of the above documents, unless you bring an official statement that
one of the above documents has been extended to one of our stores or by
faxing the statement to 098 1560.
- If you do not have a credit card, you will unfortunately not be able to
activate a post-paid account.
Simpa transfer
If you decide to become a subscriber and wish to keep your Simpa number,
bring your Simpa SIM card, user card or Simpa user guide from the Start
package to a licensed point of sale. You will show your mobile phone and
sign the subscription contract. |
