When your line is busy,
when you are out of reach or your mobile phone is switched off, the caller
can leave you a voice message in your Voice mail inbox. Access your
Voice mail simply and quickly - use short codes. Just call:
- 1511
for listening to your messages.
While listening to your messages you can listen to the current message again
(press 1), erase the current message (press 5) or skip the current message
and listen to the next one (press 6).
- 1512
for recording or changing your Voice mail greeting
- 1513
or changing your password and recording your voice signature
Calls towards 1512 and 1513 are free of charge for all
T-Mobile subscribers when they call from their mobile phone, except while in roaming.
Record your personal Voice mail greeting
To make sure your callers know they have dialed the right number and are
leaving the message to the right person, record your personal Voice Mail
greeting – call 1512 from your mobile phone and follow the operator’s
instructions.
Notification about a new message in your personal mailbox
After you receive a message in your personal mailbox, the system notifies
you about this with an SMS message which includes the date and time when the
message was received.
SMS messages about missed calls

If your caller hangs up during the Voice Mail
greeting, i.e., does not leave a message in your mailbox, you will
receive a free SMS message with information about missed calls
containing the caller’s phone number, number of missed calls from that
number and date and time of the last call.

The SMS message with information about missed call will arrive to your
mobile phone as soon as you switch it on or re-enter the area covered by the
signal, and it will contain information on up to 4 last missed calls made
from different numbers. Data on every missed call is kept for a maximum of
three days. Calls from users who have activated the CLIR service (ID
withheld) will not be registered.
Deactivation
- To deactivate the service, type: #70#
,
i.e.
- **70*123#
to reactivate it.
Your Voice mailbox will be deactivated if you have not used it for 30
days. Should you like to re-activate it, call the Customer service. After
the activation of the mailbox, activate the call divert by entering **70*123# .
Keeping the messages
Tariff models Trend and Classic: new message will be kept for 4
days and old messages for 1 day. A Voice Mail greeting can store up to 15
voice messages in duration of up to 180 s.
Flex, Active and Pro :
new message will be kept for 8 days and old messages for 2 days. A Voice
Mail greeting can store up to 25 voice messages in duration of up to 180 s
or 25 fax messages (150 pages in total).
Listening to your voice messages from another
mobile phone
You can access your Voice Mail from another mobile or fixed line phone by
calling +3859811XXXXXXX (XXXXXXX is your number, without 098), interrupt the voice
message by pressing #, enter your password (which you have previously
defined by a free call from your mobile phone to 1513) and #. Listen to the
received messages.
