Voice mail
When you are out of reach the caller can leave you a voice message in your inbox
When your line is busy, when you are out of reach or your mobile phone is switched off, the caller can leave you a voice message in your Voice mail inbox. Access your Voice mail simply and quickly - use short codes. Just call:
  • 1511 for listening to your messages. While listening to your messages you can listen to the current message again (press 1), erase the current message (press 5) or skip the current message and listen to the next one (press 6).
  • 1512 for recording or changing your Voice mail greeting
  • 1513 or changing your password and recording your voice signature

Calls towards 1512 and 1513 are free of charge for all  T-Mobile subscribers when they call from their mobile phone, except while in roaming.

Record your personal Voice mail greeting

To make sure your callers know they have dialed the right number and are leaving the message to the right person, record your personal Voice Mail greeting – call 1512 from your mobile phone and follow the operator’s instructions.

Notification about a new message in your personal mailbox

After you receive a message in your personal mailbox, the system notifies you about this with an SMS message which includes the date and time when the message was received.

SMS messages about missed calls

If your caller hangs up during the Voice Mail greeting, i.e., does not leave a message in your mailbox, you will receive a free SMS message with information about missed calls containing the caller’s phone number, number of missed calls from that number and date and time of the last call.
"From: Who called Missed call from +385981234567, (1) 01.10. 14:42"

The SMS message with information about missed call will arrive to your mobile phone as soon as you switch it on or re-enter the area covered by the signal, and it will contain information on up to 4 last missed calls made from different numbers. Data on every missed call is kept for a maximum of three days. Calls from users who have activated the CLIR service (ID withheld) will not be registered.

Deactivation

  • To deactivate the service, type: #70#, i.e.
  • **70*123# to reactivate it.

Your Voice mailbox will be deactivated if you have not used it for 30 days. Should you like to re-activate it, call the Customer service. After the activation of the mailbox, activate the call divert by entering **70*123#.
