Twin Card activation

By activating the Twin Card service, you will receive an additional SIM card and still pay only one monthly subscription. You can activate the service at T-Mobile points of sale and in T-Centars. If you are a key business user, you can request Twin Card activation directly from the T-Mobile sales representative in charge of your company. Activation fee is charged 241,56 HRK (VAT included), as a one-time payment on a joint T-Mobile monthly bill, along with the costs of mobile communication for both SIM cards.

Using the service

Keep only the mobile phone you wish to use at a certain moment switched on – in this way, you will receive all incoming calls, SMS messages and Voice Mail reports on this phone. The same tariff model is valid for both Twin Card SIM cards and they both need to be owned by the same private or legal person. As a Twin Card owner, you will receive call specification for each SIM card separately, but on the same T-Mobile monthly bill. Both SIM cards can be part of the VPN service, which will enable you to get additional discount on the monthly subscription and cost of calls.

You will not be charged for GPRS monthly subscription, additional monthly subscription for VPN Option 0 HRK and radio frequency fee for the additional SIM card. You can use GPRS on both SIM cards simultaneously, but you need to choose the same GPRS tariff model for both cards. You will be able to receive the amount of data included in the monthly subscription on both SIM cards (e.g. for Megasurf, you will receive 10 MB on both cards), and the GPRS subscription will be charged for the main card only.
