Wireless LAN
HotSpot (areas covered by WLAN) is your solution for
wireless Internet access and is based on WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)
technology which allows high speed data signaling rates, even up to 50 times
faster than regular dial-up Internet access (up to 11 Mbit/s).
All you need is a laptop pocket PC (MDA or PDA) that supports WLAN
technology. If your laptop is not equipped with WLAN you require a PCMCIA
card for wireless Internet access, which you can purchase at all
T-Centars or via corporate sales.
