Why is Simpa the excellent summer solution?
  • you can buy vouchers at all T points of sales, at ATM's, kiosks and in Hrvatska Lutrija (Croatian Lottery) points of sales…
  • you can use your Simpa number, after the activation, or after you recharge with a voucher of 100 or 200 kn, without further recharges for 180 days. After this period, the number switches into an inactive status, which prevents the active usage of this number, but you can easily reactivate it by simply recharging it with any amount during the next 270 days! Which means you can use it without any problem next year during your summer holidays in Croatia!

Top up your mobile phone in one of three simple ways!
1. Enter *123* and the 14-digit code from your voucher and press .
2. Send a free SMS with the 14-digit code from your voucher to 0220.
3. Call the free Simpa menu number 098 1523 and follow the instructions.

Simpa ti&ja

For more favorable calls to two numbers from either international and/or the T-Mobile network, activate this free of charge service Simpa ti&ja. To activate, call our freephone number 098 1524. The chosen T-Mobile numbers are entered in the format 098xxxxxx or 099xxxxxx, and international numbers with the prefix of the country (e.g. +49171xxxxxx).

Choosing the language

Using the Simpa menu, it is possible to change the language for the system instructions. Call our freephone number at 098 1523 then choose the option number 4, and then choose number 2 in order to select instructions in English.

Simpa Internet Package

Simpa Internet is an prepaid wireless Internet service that makes simple and fast Internet possible. Surf and spend exactly as much as you want, and recharge your Simpa Internet account with Simpa vouchers! The Simpa Internet Start Package comes with a topped up account, so you can start transfer of data traffic and top up your Simpa Internet account at any time.

What do you need to use the Simpa Internet?

  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • A data device: a USB stick for wireless internet or a PCMCIA card
  • Simpa Internet start package that includes the data SIM card*

How to activate Simpa Internet

Put the data SIM card into the data device (USB stick or PCMCIA card) and plug it into the computer. Afterwards, it is only necessary to enter the PIN and to connect to the Internet through the web’n’walk application that is automatically installed during the first usage.
When buying the Simpa Internet start package, you will immediately receive 100 kn on your Simpa Internet account.

How to top up your account?

Send a free SMS with the 14-digit number from your voucher directly from your computer (from web’n’walk application) to 0220.
If you want to check the balance of your Simpa Internet account send an empty SMS message through the w’n’w application directly from your computer to the number 0330.

The daily Simpa Internet option

Until the 31st of August 2009, there is a daily option for Internet in our offer that provides you 24 hours of surfing for only 20 kn!

Do you want to download the latest music summer hit, watch your friends’video or download any attachment from your mail? Activate this Simpa Internet daily option on your Simpa Internet, and get 100 MB of data traffic available to you for 24 hours! When you request the option and receive the SMS with the confirmation of the activation, this option lasts for 24 h from that moment on. After having spent 90 MB, you will receive an SMS notification with the offer to prolong this daily option with another 100 MB for an additional 24 hours.

  • send the letter “A” by SMS to the number 3636 and follow the instructions that you will receive in the responding message
  • by calling our Simpa customers service at 098 1520
  • at T points of sales


*A data SIM card used for Simpa Internet cannot be used for calls.
